Full-priced items are eligible for a refund or credit note, including those purchased using the first order discount code. Sale items and trunk show items can be returned for a store credit. Fillyboo does not process size exchanges; instead, request a store credit and place a new order.
Return request must be made within 5 days of order delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving return instructions. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with tags attached. Hygiene strips for swim and lingerie items must be intact. Returned items must be neatly packaged and protected. Gift cards cannot be returned. Orders placed using an existing store credit can only be returned for a store credit. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, and a traceable postal service is recommended.
To return an item, email exchanges@fillyboo.com within 5 days of delivery, including name and order number in the email heading. Specify the item to be returned and the reason, and indicate whether a refund or store credit is preferred. Allow up to 2 business days for a reply with return instructions.
